I am 21 years of age or older, and an adult 21 or older must sign for delivery. UPS makes one delivery attempt. At most addresses, if no one signs, the package is held at the nearest UPS pickup location for one week. Any package that is not collected is returned to the winery. Reshipping is then charged at cost, $30.

My card will be charged automatically on November 15 and April 15 every year until I cancel. The charge is $135 if my wine is shipped, or $120 if I pick it up. The $15 flat rate is a subsidized shipping rate for shipping members and does not apply to a reshipment.

To avoid a charge I must cancel on or before November 7 or April 7. After those dates the shipment is charged as scheduled. Once my card is charged the purchase is final and no refunds are given.

Coordinates Vineyards selects the wines. Each shipment is a curated mix of red, white, and sparkling. I do not choose the bottles and substitutions are not available.

My membership begins with the purchase of three bottles of my choosing at 10% off.

That purchase is required to join. Without it there is no membership and no discount on wine, tastings, glasses of wine, or merchandise.

Pickup orders are held for 60 days. After that they ship automatically to my address on file and a $30 shipping charge applies. Any pickup order I later ask to have shipped is also charged $30.

The Explorer Club does not include complimentary glasses of wine, complimentary tastings, or event tickets. Those benefits belong to our Navigator, Captains, and Travelers tiers. I am welcome at every club event with a paid ticket.

I will be emailed on November 1 and April 1 that a shipment is coming, and again on the 15th with the wines in that shipment and my tracking.

Joining enrolls me in email from Coordinates Vineyards, including member events, new releases, and community news. Coordinates Vineyards never sells my information to third parties.

I will keep my card and shipping address current, and I may cancel at any time by email at wine@coordinatesvineyards.com or by phone at 830-307-7400.
