You must be 21 years of age or older to join. By signing up, you confirm that you are at least 21 and accept the financial responsibility of this membership. For shipped orders, an adult 21 or older must be available to sign for delivery. Orders cannot be delivered without a signature and will be returned to the winery if no one is available.

Membership includes a minimum of three allocations. Cancellation requests may be submitted by email after all three allocations have been fulfilled.

Early cancellation is available; however, any benefits received may be charged as a one-time fee at the time of termination. Members may also choose to purchase any remaining wines to complete the commitment and close the membership.

If a selected wine is unavailable, it may be substituted with a similar wine of equal quality.

Credit cards are automatically charged the month prior to each allocation. All sales are final once processed, and wines cannot be returned.

Members are responsible for applicable shipping charges. A $30 re-shipping fee will apply if a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to no adult signature being available.

Requests for cancellations or account changes must be submitted by phone or email at least 45 days prior to the next allocation.
