Fredericksburg Wine Tasting
Brothers Austin and Mahlon Kerr have traveled the world looking for great wine, and founded Coordinates Vineyards in Fredericksburg, TX to share it with you.
Built in 1880, our tasting room was once the blacksmith shop on Main Street. It’s a lovely historical building with loads of charm. Located in downtown Fredericksburg, one block East of the Nimitz Museum.
Y’all drop by now!
The name comes from Austin’s journey to South Africa sourcing wines for China. We were traveling in the wine lands just outside of Stellenbosch trying to find a sixth generation family vineyard. We got hopelessly lost. No road signs exist in this part of the world. When we called the winemaker for help finding our way. He replied:
“When you’re this far off the beaten track, you just have to go by the coordinates.”
We bring this philosophy to Coordinates Vineyards. Finding places so remote, unique and wonderfully special, that you just can’t get there without the coordinates. Luckily for you, we’re doing all the work. Come relax in our covered outdoor grape arbor and explore our world of wine.
“The wines are great! Atmosphere is nice cozy and friendly. The man in charge is awesome! Can’t leave without trying the frosé! Also open late!”
